FAQ · 常见问题

• Paywall on launch / 打开就是会员页？
  After onboarding, a membership screen may appear. Tap Close (X) to open the finder. Capture, a one-off pose overlay, and system guides work without purchase.
• Membership / 会员打不开？
  Settings → Membership → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought the plan. Sandbox / TestFlight purchases do not transfer to production.
• Reference overlay missing / 参考图不出现？
  Allow Photos access. Pick an image from the album or the pose library. The overlay is a finder aid and is never written into the saved photo.
• Map / weather blank / 地图或天气空白？
  Needs Location (When In Use) and a network connection. Deny location and you can still take photos. Force-quit and reopen if the map stalls.
• Cancel subscription / 取消订阅？
  iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nuwa Camera / 女娲相机.
